Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
Shipping is a flat fee of $3.99 for all orders.
Most orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days via USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail depending on weight. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your items have shipped.
Once an item has been shipped, it is now the responsibility of the shipping company to deliver your package. If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered, but you have not received it, you need to contact your local USPS. If your item was shipped Priority (heavier items) and is lost or damaged, you will need to contact USPS to file a claim. Claims can be made online here: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm
We are unable to combine shipping for multiple orders.
We are unable to cancel orders once an order has been placed, so please review your cart before checking out.
We believe you will love your Zoe Addelyn purchase, but if for some reason you are unsatisfied, we will accept returns and exchanges within 10 days of your purchase receipt. We will be unable to exchange your item or issue a refund for any items that are post-marked after the 10-day return period and your package will be returned to you.
Once we receive your item, we will issue your refund to the original form of payment in approximately 7 business days after we have received and inspected your item.
The purchase price of the item will be refunded in full. Original shipping costs are not eligible for refunds.
The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost unless there was an error on the part of Zoe Addelyn. If there was an error, Zoe Addelyn will send a pre-paid shipping label for the return.
In the event that a “one time use” coupon was used on a refunded purchase, the coupon will be forfeited and cannot be used on a future purchase.
To return an item, you must first email us. We will then email you our most recent Return/Exchange Form. Then simply fill out the form and mail the form with the items you are returning. If the Return/Exchange Form is not included in your package, we will be unable to track your return and process your refund.
We will notify you via email of your refund once we have received, inspected, and processed the returned items. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and must contain all original materials to qualify for a refund. If you mail an item that is not in its original condition, we will be unable to issue you a refund and the package will be returned to you.
All pre-order sales are final and cannot be returned. If an item does not fit, we may be able to offer an exchange for a different size, but this will be subject to availability.
Zoe’s Play Trunk:
"Zoe's Play Trunk" is a place where you can find adorable Zoe Addelyn pieces at a fraction of the cost. These items may have minor imperfections or may be items we are ready to move to make room for new inventory! All “Zoe’s Play Trunk” sales are final and cannot be returned.
We will be happy to exchange your item for a different size that is currently in stock.
Please contact us before mailing your original item back to us. We will then verify that your new size is in stock and we will reserve it for you.
